Full-Cycle Recruiter

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM 

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Washington DC)

Job Description: You’ll play a pivotal role in driving recruitment success while working directly with the company owner in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape recruiting processes from the ground up while receiving hands-on coaching and professional development. You’ll own the complete recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, with the autonomy to make meaningful impact on both candidate and client experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruiting cycle from initial job order review through candidate submission and placement
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter platform to proactively source and engage qualified candidates
  • Execute advanced Boolean searches to identify and activate passive talent pools
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and qualification to ensure precise client-role alignment
  • Build compelling candidate profiles that showcase qualifications and career motivations
  • Manage job postings and efficiently screen inbound applicants across multiple channels
  • Collaborate closely with the owner on job order strategy and client requirement clarification
  • Maintain detailed candidate and client communication throughout the placement process
  • Focus exclusively on direct hire placements to build long-term career relationships

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience with full-cycle recruitment knowledge
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter platform and advanced search techniques
  • Strong Boolean search skills for effective passive candidate sourcing
  • Excellent screening and interviewing capabilities with attention to detail
  • Experience with direct hire recruiting and understanding of placement processes
  • Outstanding communication skills for candidate relationship building and client interaction
  • Bonus if you have experience with Outlook and email-based candidate management
