Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week) with flexible arrangement based on candidate preference but preferred within UK time zone

Client Overview: A growing management consulting firm that works with distributed teams on project-based client engagements. They create regular video content and maintain an active social media presence across multiple platforms while managing ongoing client relationships and staff coordination. The business is at an exciting growth phase where they’re investing in operational support to scale efficiently.

Job Description: You’ll take full ownership of the social media process while serving as the key communication bridge between clients and internal teams. This isn’t just about posting content—you’ll transform video materials into strategic social media campaigns and ensure seamless project coordination. You’ll work directly with the business owner, taking their video content and ChatGPT-generated scripts and turning them into engaging posts across five major platforms. Beyond social media, you’ll be the relationship manager who keeps everyone connected and projects moving forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the complete social media scheduling and posting process across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Repurpose video content and scripts into platform-specific posts with strategic scheduling
  • Serve as primary relationship manager using business WhatsApp for client communication
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with staff members to monitor project progress and gather deliverable updates
  • Facilitate clear communication flow between clients and internal staff to ensure project alignment
  • Proactively identify process improvements and provide strategic suggestions for social media and client management
  • Organize and maintain client documentation and ID files
  • Come back with ideas and recommendations rather than just executing tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management or similar client-facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to think independently and provide strategic input beyond task execution
  • Strong analytical and questioning mindset with ability to challenge processes constructively
  • Experience repurposing content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client relationship management
  • Bonus if you have experience with ChatGPT or AI content tools
  • It helps if you have background in relationship management or client coordination roles
  • You bring a proactive personality with ability to own processes and drive initiatives forward
