Business Development Representative
Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday 11am to 3pm CST
Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to sports teams, schools, charities, and organizations to promote the fundraising platform.

Develop and maintain relationships with coaches, administrators, and organization leaders.

Explain the custom t-shirt fundraising program and its benefits to potential clients.

Connect prospects with the fundraising platform and help them understand the registration process.

Promote the company's services and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements:

Strong communication and phone skills for outbound calling.

Experience in sales, business development, or customer outreach preferred.

Ability to build rapport and relationships with diverse organizational contacts.

Understanding of fundraising needs for sports teams, schools, and charitable organizations.

Self-motivated, high-energy, and comfortable with rejection in a sales environment.

Quick learner who can pick up new tasks and systems efficiently.

Able to follow vague instructions and think independently to solve problems.
