Business Development Representative

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday 11am to 3pm CST

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to sports teams, schools, charities, and organizations to promote the fundraising platform.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with coaches, administrators, and organization leaders.

  • Explain the custom t-shirt fundraising program and its benefits to potential clients.

  • Connect prospects with the fundraising platform and help them understand the registration process.

  • Promote the company's services and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and phone skills for outbound calling.

  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer outreach preferred.

  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with diverse organizational contacts.

  • Understanding of fundraising needs for sports teams, schools, and charitable organizations.

  • Self-motivated, high-energy, and comfortable with rejection in a sales environment.

  • Quick learner who can pick up new tasks and systems efficiently.

  • Able to follow vague instructions and think independently to solve problems.
