Marketing Lead

Schedule: 9AM - 6PM with 1 hour unpaid break UK Time

Key Responsibilities

Initial Phase – Hands-on Execution

  • Plan, create, and send email marketing campaigns (Smartlead, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Build and refine SafeGuest’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.

  • Create content including blogs, social posts, case studies, landing pages, and newsletters.

  • Support sales teams with pitch decks, collateral, and outreach sequence content.

  • Manage and grow SafeGuest’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads.

  • Work with designers/agencies when needed to produce high-quality creative assets.

  • Analyse campaign performance and implement improvements based on data.

  • Help develop SEO-focused blog strategy to increase organic visibility.

Strategic Growth Phase

  • Advise the CEO on marketing direction, budget allocation, and growth strategy.

  • Build the foundations for scalable marketing systems, automation, and analytics.

  • Develop SafeGuest’s positioning within the short-let ecosystem.

  • Introduce PMS-focused marketing funnels targeting Guesty, Lodgify, Uplisting and others.

  • Launch co-marketing opportunities with partnerships, podcasts, events, and influencers.

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing marketing team (design, content, growth, performance).

  • Oversee multi-channel strategic campaigns to support SafeGuest’s rapid expansion.


Skills & Experience Required

  • 4+ years experience in marketing, ideally SaaS, PropTech, or hospitality tech.

  • Strong experience with email marketing, CRM tools, and outbound campaigns.

  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

  • Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and visual consistency.

  • Ability to work independently and execute quickly.

  • Highly analytical – comfortable with metrics, funnels, attribution, and A/B testing.

  • Experience building or contributing to high-growth marketing teams is a bonus.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
