Job Description: You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients who need professional course creation and marketing services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and enjoys the satisfaction of connecting prospects with solutions that can genuinely transform their businesses. You’ll use proven systems and established processes while having the autonomy to build meaningful conversations with coaches and consultants ready to scale.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calling to prospects in the coaching and consulting space
- Use Go High Level CRM system for lead management and systematic follow-up
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team using established criteria
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and call outcomes
- Follow proven calling scripts and processes while building authentic rapport
- Work with established lead lists and proven calling systems
- Contribute to scaling the appointment setting function as the agency grows
Requirements:
- Native or near-native Australian, UK, or American accent (voice recording will be required)
- Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or phone-based sales
- Comfortable with phone-based conversations and building rapport quickly
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level preferred
- Ability to work Queensland business hours (8am-6pm) with 1-3 hours flexibility
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bonus if you have experience in the coaching, consulting, or online education space
