Step into a vital role as an Alarm Monitoring Representative where you'll be the guardian of safety during overnight hours. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with advanced alarm monitoring technology while providing essential peace of mind to clients across the Caribbean. You'll be responding to security alerts, conducting wellness checks, and serving as a comprehensive customer support specialist. This remote position combines the excitement of emergency response with the satisfaction of customer service, offering growth potential as the company expands its 24/7 operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor sophisticated alarm systems and respond immediately to security alerts and triggers
  • Conduct critical safety verification calls to clients when alarms are activated
  • Coordinate emergency escalations with appropriate authorities when situations require intervention
  • Handle proactive system maintenance communications, including battery replacement notifications
  • Manage customer outreach for service scheduling and technical support needs
  • Provide professional collections support through payment reminder calls and service notices
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales support by conducting satisfaction surveys and technical assistance
  • Serve as a comprehensive help center for all client inquiries and system questions
  • Maintain detailed interaction logs and ensure accurate documentation of all client communications
  • Utilize remote monitoring software and IP phone systems with full technical support

 

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills for professional phone and email interactions
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Customer service or call center experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work consistently during night shift hours (11 PM to 7 AM)
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Professional demeanor with capability to remain calm during emergency situations
  • Flexibility to occasionally work different shifts for coverage needs
  • Own computer/laptop capable of running monitoring software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security protocols
