Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to support the growth of a UK-based cleaning business and consulting practice. This role combines hands-on campaign management with analytical oversight, ensuring our brand reaches the right audience and converts efficiently across multiple digital channels.

As part of a growing service-based company, you will develop, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns while also contributing to the business’s online visibility through basic SEO improvements. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling creatives, refine targeting strategies, and enhance performance across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Develop and maintain a paid media strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives.

  • Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum returns on ad spend.

  • Work closely with paid media counterparts and agencies to improve KPIs for paid media channels.

  • Support basic SEO tasks to improve website visibility, including updating meta tags, optimizing content, improving keyword placement, and reviewing site pages for SEO opportunities.

  • Assist in initial SEO setup and ongoing enhancements, such as internal linking, alt text updates, and simple on-page adjustments.

  • Coordinate with web or marketing teams to identify SEO improvements that support overall campaign performance.


Updated Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms like Google Analytics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Basic SEO knowledge, including understanding of keywords, on-page optimization, meta descriptions, and simple SEO best practices.

  • Ability to collaborate with web and content teams to implement SEO recommendations.
