Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm Pacific
  • Remote work arrangement from candidate’s home country
  • Focus on B2B outreach for cost reduction consulting services
  • Potential for bonuses based on successful appointment bookings
  • Direct management by business owner with established processes and standards


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to prospect new business clients
  • Book appointments for cost reduction consultations with qualified business prospects
  • Work from provided prospect lists to identify potential clients
  • Engage with B2B prospects to explain the risk-free consultation service
  • Schedule appointments for business owner to conduct audits and consultations
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and appointment bookings
  • Follow established scripts and processes for consistent messaging

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B appointment setting and cold calling
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with telemarketing and lead generation
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
