Scope:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm Pacific
- Remote work arrangement from candidate’s home country
- Focus on B2B outreach for cost reduction consulting services
- Potential for bonuses based on successful appointment bookings
- Direct management by business owner with established processes and standards
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to prospect new business clients
- Book appointments for cost reduction consultations with qualified business prospects
- Work from provided prospect lists to identify potential clients
- Engage with B2B prospects to explain the risk-free consultation service
- Schedule appointments for business owner to conduct audits and consultations
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and appointment bookings
- Follow established scripts and processes for consistent messaging
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting and cold calling
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with telemarketing and lead generation
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
